Holborn based law firm are looking for a part time receptionist/admin assistant to join their team on a part time basis. This is a 4 day-a-week role and you will be working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and the hours will be 8.30 – 4.45. This is a busy front of house role and you will be meeting and greeting clients, taking and putting through calls, taking messages, organising and sorting out meeting rooms as well as general admin duties. In addition to the receptionist role, you will also be responsible for hospitality duties such as preparing refreshments and clearing away meeting rooms. Very friendly firm with a team orientated environment. IT IS ESSENTIAL l that you have experience as a receptionist from another law firm.
