Company Secretarial Assistant

Leading international law firm are looking to recruit a key member for their corporate team, the role will include: Incorporation of companies and registration of LLPs, Company House searches and filings; general company secretarial work, including maintaining company books, annual filings and routine notifications and filings; assisting with drafting board minutes and shareholder resolutions; organisation and management of online data rooms; assisting with due diligence processes: drafting due diligence questionnaires, assisting with the document allocation process, basic document review, collating the due diligence report; assisting with verification exercises: drafting and updating verification notes, collating verification documents; assisting with closings and post-completion matters; preparing transaction bibles.

Experience in a corporate law firm is essential. Excellent training and career progression. Salary entirely negotiable with excellent benefits.
