Boutique law firm, based a short walk from Holborn tube station, are looking for a receptionist initially on a six month contract to cover their front desk and assist with some basic admin. This is a full front of house role so you will be expected to meet and greet all clients and guests and show them to the correct meeting rooms; assist with the coordination and preparation of meeting rooms; answer all telephone calls and either pass them on to the relevant person or take concise messages; updating databases and assist with administration when required.
This is a busy and forward thinking firm with a large number of visitors every day so it is essential is that you have the confidence and presentation to handle clients professionally and have a very positive attitude. As this is a customer focused role, it is essential that you also have an exceptional telephone manner, very good communication skills and the initiative and intelligence to deal with problems as they arise. It is a must that you have got solid experience in either a legal or similar commercial environment. Extremely friendly team. Must be available from mid-September.
