International law firm based near Liverpool Street are looking for an events administrator to work alongside the marketing team to organise, deliver and manage seminars and client events. You will also be expected to liaise with partners and fee earners and so it is essential that you have confident communication skills.
Main responsibilities will include: venue finding; collating materials for delegate packs, producing badges etc.; assisting with pre-event set up and registration of guests; sending invitations; managing smaller events; and compiling a bi-weekly events report and circulating to the firm.
A key aspect of this role is to represent the firm at exhibitions therefore you must have good social interaction skills, be polite and have a professional manner and a positive attitude. There will be the opportunity for travel across the UK. This is an excellent and unique opportunity to get into legal events.
