US law firm are looking for a facilities assistant to provide general day to day support for the facilities team. The role will include a variety of duties including moving and lifting of office furniture and equipment, setting up and reconfiguring meeting rooms, archiving, reprographics, printing, distributing and collecting incoming and outgoing post and other ad hoc office support duties. It is essential that you have at least one years’ experience in facilities in either a law firm or similar corporate, professional services environment. You must also have a proactive attitude and be a strong team player. Excellent opportunity.
