Leading international law firm are looking for a Facilities Director to take over the management of their facilities and building services. You will have overall responsibility for all aspects of hard and soft services including budgeting, business planning and man-management. This includes overseeing a large team but with a few direct reports for: property and building functions, overseeing front of house services and facilities support.
It is essential you have previous experience in a similar role within a professional services environment as well as membership to BIFM. The client is looking for people with a proven track record of devising and implementing business strategy, planning and enforcing budgets, negotiating contracts with suppliers, man-management etc. A relevant health & safety qualification would be advantageous.
