An exciting opportunity has arisen within a highly regarded law firm in the City for an administrator to support the Practice Manager with a wide variety of administration tasks. You will be assisting with various aspects of financial administration, HR admin, compliance forms, basic secretarial functions, monitoring money-laundering information, data preparation on client-based queries, a variety of other book-keeping/accounts functions and dealing with invoices.
Ideally you will have experience in a law firm but other commercial experience will be fine. Some financial admin experience is essential (although only c25% of the role) and be willing and flexible to support the team with ad-hoc projects and administration tasks. You must have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and a client focussed approach. Excellent training available and a very team orientated environment.
