Leading American law firm are looking for a graduate administrator to assist the HR Manager with specific emphasis on aiding with the recruitment process. You will be supporting a busy team and so it is essential that you have excellent IT skills including on Microsoft Excel and Word. The role will primarily involve the recruitment of lawyers throughout the firm and to assist with their graduate recruitment programme. The role will include organising events, managing travel arrangements, booking courses and assisting the team generally with a wide variety of administration.
This is an entry level role for a graduate who is looking for an administrator / HR assistant position. If you have a couple of months’ administrative experience that would be beneficial but not essential but you must be positive, hard working with a dynamic and proactive attitude.
