Boutique City law firm are looking for an administrator / PA who is also able to cover reception. You will be working for a progressive and busy team so organisational and time management skills are a must.
The role will involve a variety of admin tasks including diary management, covering reception, sorting post, database work, answering the telephones, general clerical administration plus other aspects of support in running a demanding office. It is essential that you have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, a dynamic and proactive manner and are a graduate. You must have at least one year’s office from another law firm/corporate environment. Extremely friendly firm, an interesting environment and an excellent opportunity.
