Commercial Central London Law Firm are looking for an IT Helpdesk Assistant. The role will be to work alongside their small team to deal with a variety of IT support issues for approximately 100 users. The role will be to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support on a range of user enquiries including: troubleshooting any issues with hardware/software, logging incidents, remote and desk-side application support, configuration of desktop applications, setting up new user accounts etc. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on, first class experience and mentoring as you will be working closely alongside the IT Manager.
It is essential that you have at least 1 years’ 1st/2nd line support experience in any commercial/professional services environment and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 10 and other leading software applications.
