An exceptional opportunity for someone with at least one years’ experience in IT to join an ambitious and expanding small law firm to be mentored and trained to take over the IT function of the firm. You will be providing efficient and professional telephone and desk-side support for all IT and Telecoms queries including software applications and hardware configuration. The role will be to provide a range of 1st and 2nd line support to their user base in London: being first point of call for any enquiries, troubleshooting and resolving problems remotely, logging incidents and providing support to existing SLAs as well as desktop assistance, configuring new PCs / user accounts, troubleshooting issues with PDAs etc.
