Leading City law firm are looking for an IT helpdesk assistant to provide efficient and professional support services for all staff. The role focuses on the provision of IT helpdesk application support services as well as follow-up support after training. The role involves logging helpdesk calls and dealing with 1st and 2nd line issues; configuration of desktop applications; referring issues to 2nd / 3rd line support; remote and desk-side application support; and covering technical support helpdesk.
