Leading US law firm are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide lawyers and staff with first class IT support. The role will be to provide a range of all round support to their user base in London: liaising with the helpdesk and providing desk side support, troubleshooting and resolving problems remotely, assist with training system users, assist with software and phone upgrades, configuring new PCs / user accounts, liaise with and assist International offices etc. An exceptional working environment which positively encourages personal and firm development.
