Expanding Holborn firm are looking for an IT helpdesk assistant to provide efficient and professional support services for all staff. You will be working in a team of five reporting directly to the IT Manager and the role focuses on the provision of IT helpdesk application support services as well as follow-up support after training. The role involves logging helpdesk calls and dealing with 1st and 2nd line issues; configuration of desktop applications; referring issues to 2nd / 3rd line support; remote and desk-side application support; and covering technical support helpdesk.
