Our client, a leading boutique international law firm, are looking for an intelligent and proactive candidate to join a small but very busy team. You will be primarily supporting the Head of Administration but as it’s a small firm, you will be required to assist the rest of the team when necessary. The role will be admin/PA focussed but there will be an element of meet and greet, general front of house duties and answering the phone. On the PA side, you will be organising diaries, arranging meetings, taking minutes, booking travel and assisting with events.
It is essential that you are educated to A-Level standard, have at least one years’ admin experience and have good typing skills (50wpm+). Very friendly firm with genuine career prospects.
