Established London law firm, based in stunning offices close to Chancery Lane, are looking for a receptionist to provide efficient and effective front of house support and excellent customer service to both external and internal clients. This is a busy and forward thinking firm with a large number of visitors every day so you will be expected to meet and greet all clients and show them to the correct meeting rooms; assist with the coordination and preparation of meeting rooms; organising catering and refreshments for meetings and events; assist with the running of events; answer all telephone calls and either pass them on to the relevant person or take concise messages; updating databases and assisting with ad hoc administration when required.
As this is a customer focus role, it is essential that you have an exceptional telephone manner, very good communication skills and the initiative and intelligence to deal with problems as they arise. You will be the first point of contact for very high profile clients and so you must have the confidence and dynamism to deal with them. Although a legal background is desirable, they will look at any candidate with at least one years’ experience as a receptionist from a corporate / professional services environment.
