Boutique London office of International firm based in Knightsbridge require an office administrator. The role will be providing administrative support to the London office and on occasion to their international offices and the Board of Directors. General duties will include: filing, faxing, typing up reports, dealing with couriers, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, some database work, general legal administration as well as relief receptionist duties. There is also an opportunity to be trained up to do legal research and some legal document drafting.
It is essential you have solid IT skills, are educated to A’levels or equivalent and the role might suit someone who has done a legal secretarial course. They are happy to train from scratch but some office experience would be an advantage.
