US law firm are looking for an office / facilities assistant to provide general day to day support for the facilities team. The role will include a variety of duties including moving and lifting of office furniture and equipment, setting up meeting rooms, archiving, reprographics, printing, distributing and collecting incoming and outgoing post and other ad hoc office support duties.
An ideal entry level role for an office assistant / facilities assistant in a US law firm. They are happy to train from scratch but if someone has some office experience this might be an advantage. You must also have a proactive attitude and be a strong team player. Excellent opportunity.
