Well established and successful forty strong law firm are looking for a new Office Manager to take over responsibility for the administration of the Premises, HR, Compliance and Marketing. Experience in a law firm is essential and a background in either Office Administration or even a very experienced PA looking to move up to an Office Manager role. The HR element will include the recruitment and management of all support staff and running the trainee recruitment programme. The premises duties will include the day to day management of the reception and admin staff as well as handling all suppliers including external maintenance staff. Marketing will include collating and maintaining all professional profiles in relevant directories and LinkedIn. This is just a brief summary but in short the practice are aware they are not necessarily going to get experience in all areas of responsibility but are looking for an ambitious, proactive and pragmatic individual looking for an opportunity.
