Respected, high profile City Law firm are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Office Manager. You will be working for a progressive and busy team so organisational and time management skills are a must. You will be helping with all aspects of business administration including being the contact for suppliers, diary management, typing correspondence, some elements of HR and finance administration, coordination of events, client liaison plus other aspects of support in running a demanding office. It is essential that you are proactive, have excellent communication and IT skills (particularly Excel) and have at least one years’ administration experience in a corporate environment.
