High profile London law firm are looking for an experienced reception manager to supervise the reception and client services team and ensure that the highest level of service is provided to internal and external clients. Your duties will be varied but will include making recommendations where further improvements can be made; allocating resources and co-ordinating workflow across the team; supervising the other receptionists to include their development and training needs; undertake regular checks of meeting rooms and client facing areas to ensure the firm is presented to a high standard; responsible for meeting room and event management; review and authorise invoices and process all expenses claims; and ensure all contact details for suppliers and contractors are collated and accessible by the team. You will also be expected to carry out receptionist and client services duties.
It is essential that you have experience as a reception supervisor / reception manager from another law firm and have the confidence and proven ability to manage a team. You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be dealing with very high profile clients, and good time management / organisational skills.
