Exciting opportunity for a front of house receptionist / administrator to join the London office of a leading American Law Firm. As well as being a full front of house meet and greet role, the successful candidate will also be responsible for overseeing various aspects of administration. General duties will include answering the telephone; meeting and greeting clients, Partners and Associates; liaising with PAs; booking conference rooms and catering facilities; assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms; and providing excellent customer service. As you will be assisting with administration, you must have good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and capable of using databases.
It is essential you are confident and dynamic with exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner with an immaculate, polished presentation as you are the first point of contact for the whole firm. You must have at least one years’ previous experience as a receptionist from either a law firm or other professional services/corporate firm.
