Leading International law firm are looking for someone who wants to be trained up as an IT support analyst. The role will be to provide 1st line IT support on a range of user enquiries including troubleshooting any issues with hardware/software, logging incidents, remote and desk-side support, ongoing maintenance of hardware and peripherals, setting up new user accounts etc. You will also be meeting new users and giving basic inductions.
