Commercial London law firm are looking for an IT Support Assistant to join their small team. The role will be to provide a range of 1st and 2nd line support to their user base in London: being first point of call for any enquiries and helpdesk support, telephone system maintenance, server maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving problems remotely, logging incidents, desktop builds and configuration, configuring new PCs / user accounts.
