John has had a long career in legal recruitment, having started his career at ACAS and then founding McKinlay Law in 1994. He is retained by a number of firms to offer consultancy services in terms of structures and retention as well as recruitment, and has been quoted in The Times, Daily Mail and Daily Express commenting on the legal sector. He has experience in all areas of legal recruitment including law firm management roles in finance, HR and marketing, and oversees all areas of administrative and office support recruitment. He has been retained for many years by an eclectic range of clients from international and specialist law firms, charities and leading UK companies and institutions.
