Excellent opportunity for a college leaver / CILEx graduate to join an established London law firm as an administrator. Full training will be provided so you do not need prior administrative experience but it is essential that you are educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent) and it would be highly beneficial if you have completed a legal secretarial course such as CILEx Level 3 or Pitmans. You will be assisting with all the general office administration as well as performing basic secretarial tasks and covering reception to include answering the phone, meeting and greeting all visitors, booking taxis, data entry, typing up documents etc.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for their first office role and is keen to build on their CILEx qualification and start their legal administrative career. As mentioned, full training will be provided but you do need confident communication and clients skills and be proactive and enthusiastic.
