Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Type: Contract – Maternity Cover for 12 Months

Salary: £24,000

Location: Bournemouth / Home Working

Prestigious law firm are looking for an accounts assistant to assist them for a period of one year to cover a maternity contract. Hybrid working options available – you will be required to work in the office 3 days a week, 2 days from home.

This busy accounts team are looking for a candidate with a finance background (this doesn’t have to be from within law), excellent numerical skills, strong Excel skills and good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties include:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Producing bills
  • Processing invoices
  • Paying supplier invoices
  • Producing / sending remittances
  • Answering general queries

Ideal opportunity for an accounts / finance assistant to gain experience within a leading law firm and be part of a collaborative, dynamic team. Hybrid working options available.

It is essential that you have gained at least 6 months finance experience as an accounts assistant from another office based environment.
