Prior experience in a law firm accounts team is essential. Expanding city law firm are seeking a motivated individual to handle the accounts payable functions in their growing accounts team. It is imperative that you have at the very least a grounding in legal accounts, at least six months, to be considered. Expected duties include:

• Processing expenses.
• Updating purchase ledger.
• Processing transactions.
• Reconciling vendor and supplier ledgers and statements.
• Liaising with fee-earners and managements regarding payments.
• Ad hoc project work and other duties.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, motivated and keen to develop a career in legal accounts. Excellent communication and IT skills will be required. This would be an ideal opportunity for someone working in legal accounts in a law firm outside of London who is looking for a new opportunity in the city.
