Successful and established law firm based in the City are looking for an experienced paralegal with experience in either commercial property or construction to assist their busy and highly respected real estate team due to an increase in the volume of work undertaken. You will be expected to liaise with both new and established clients and so you must have excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:
· Drafting Reports on Title
· Drafting SDLT returns
· Drafting Land Registry forms including AP1s and TR1s
· Carrying out priority searches
· Commissioning property searches
· Due diligence
· Conducting legal research
· Dealing with post exchange and post completion formalities
· Preparing and assisting with drafting documents
This is a very involved role and a rare opportunity to gain quality training and experience. It is essential that you have experience as either a commercial property or construction paralegal (at least six months). You must be proactive, have good communication skills and be able to work capably on your own as well as in a team.
