Leading city law firm require a property legal secretary to join their buoyant real estate department. You will be supporting senior fee-earners on a mixture of commercial and residential property matters. It is essential you have at least a year’s experience from another law firm in either a commercial or residential property team (preferably both). Some prior exposure to real estate finance would also be a bonus.

You must be able to demonstrate strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, land registry searches, familiarity with relevant forms and documents, opening files etc. Excellent organisation and communication skills are required as you will be scheduling meetings and deadlines, liaising with client’s directly with updates, and working as a key part of a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team who have fee earners dealing with the top end of the London property market. The firm have a successful hybrid working policy (3 days office / 2 days home).
