Successful and established firm based in the City are looking for a commercial property paralegal to assist their busy and highly respected real estate team due to an increase in the volume of work undertaken. The majority of the work will be commercial real estate although if you have had exposure to residential property, this will be an advantage. You will be expected to liaise with clients, help with due diligence, arrange and attend meetings, conduct legal research, reports on title, deal with post exchange/post completion formalities (Land Registry applications, SDLT Returns etc.) and prepare and assist with drafting documents.

This is a very involved role and a rare opportunity to gain quality training and experience. It is essential that you have some experience as a commercial property paralegal (at least six months) and a good knowledge of commercial property. You must also be confident with all aspects of the post completion process. You must be proactive, have good communication skills and be able to work capably on your own as well as in a team. Excellent opportunity to gain quality and varied experience in a leading firm renowned for its friendly, supportive and team orientated culture. There is the possibility that a training contract may be available for the right candidate as the firm recruits their trainees from their paralegal team.

McKinlay Law endeavour to contact all successful candidates within 24 hours. However, due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are not able to respond to every candidate individually. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours your application has been unsuccessful and we have not retained your details.
