Leading international law firm are looking for an experienced employment litigation paralegal to work directly alongside a leading Partner, who deals with high-value, complex and international matters. It is essential that you have a wide-ranging background covering all areas of contentious employment work including discrimination, contract disputes, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing etc. You will be assisting with a variety of tasks including: document management; legal research; drafting legal documents including briefs, appeals, agreements etc.; preparing bundles / documents for meetings and court; and other general paralegal assistance as required.

You will be assisting just one leading employment partner and so it is essential that you have experience as an employment paralegal from another leading firm as you will need to hit the ground running and work independently. You must also have exceptional academics and strong, confident client skills as there will be extensive client contact with high profile, celebrity clients.

McKinlay Law endeavour to contact all successful candidates within 24 hours. However, due to the volume of applications that we receive, we are not able to respond to every candidate individually.
