Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Kensington, London

Salary: £65,000 + excellent benefits + bonus

Leading private equity firm are looking for an executive assistant to assist the CEO as well as provide some support to the wider London office. The CEO is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking candidate with excellent relationship building skills, who he can trust and rely on to oversee the running on the office.

A selection of responsibilities Include:

  • Extensive diary and calendar management, troubleshooting conflicts and ensuring the smooth running of his day to day
  • Arranging and handling all logistics for Board meetings and events
  • Arranging all travel including flights, transportation and visas
  • Drafting agendas and compiling presentations materials
  • Liaise with suppliers, landlord, contractors etc.
  • Recording meeting minutes
  • Assisting with confidential projects
  • Completing expense reports
  • Designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
  • Composing and preparing correspondence
  • Proactively anticipating CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc. and take action to ensure they are properly prepared at all times
  • Managing the CEO’s ‘To-Do List, acting as the main connection between the CEO and those that require his attention / time
  • It is essential that you have significant experience supporting high profile partners / executives / board members from another professional services / blue chip organisation, have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding the CEOs priorities and time.
