Leading boutique law firm in Central London are looking for an LPC graduate / BPTC graduate to work as a paralegal for one of their Equity Partners. The work will be varied but you will receive full training to produce court documents, bundles and statements with minimal supervision, attend court and liaise with Counsel as well as assist with the financial disclosure process. In addition, you will also be required to assist in administrative duties including legal research, debt recovery, court clerking and note taking at client meetings and court hearings.
It is essential that you have outstanding academics including a 2.1 on your degree from a leading university and have completed the LPC or BPTC. They do not require previous family experience, although this will of course be beneficial if you do, but it is essential that you have a genuine interest in and passion for family law. You must have exceptional communication skills, be confident and dynamic in your manner and be proactive and sharp as the work is fast paced and the successful applicant will be given a high level of responsibility from day one.
