Our client, an established London law firm, are looking for a graduate secretary to join their dynamic litigation department providing support to the team and heads of the department. Some previous experience, at least six months, in an office administration, secretary or support role is required. You must be able to demonstrate an aspiration for a long-term career as a secretary / PA and this wouldn't be an appropriate role for someone seeking paralegal work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Calendar and diary management.
  • Composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Bundling court documents.
  • Amending, proof reading and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Billing and preparing invoices.

The successful candidate must be positive, proactive and be a strong team player.
