A fantastic opportunity has arisen for someone who is looking to gain experience for a long-term career in office management, operations etc. Expanding law firm close to London Victoria require a proactive, ambitious and motivated candidate to handle an array of administration and office support functions for the business. The duties will be varied and will require you to be flexible as every day will be different.

Expected duties include:

  • Liasing with contractors (IT, accounts etc.) and suppliers.
  • HR support – recruitment, logging holidays, liaising with employees etc.
  • Administration – invoicing, billing, contracts, client file openings etc.
  • Diary management.  
  • Ad hoc marketing projects.

Previous experience working in an office doing all or some of these functions would be an advantage but what they are targeting primarily is someone who is ambitious and hardworking. Genuine long-term prospects and a chance to make the role their own and learn new skills. The firm is expanding and the duties and responsibilities will grow over time.
