Friendly and forward thinking firm in Central London are looking for a receptionist to provide front of house support and excellent customer service to all clients and visitors. This is a busy law firm with a large number of visitors every day so you will be expected to meet and greet all clients and show them to the correct meeting rooms; assist with the coordination and preparation of meeting rooms; sort and distribute post; organise catering and refreshments for meetings and events; answer all telephone calls and either pass them on to the relevant person or take concise messages; update databases; arrange lunches and order catering; and assist with ad hoc administration and typing when required. There will also be an opportunity to assist other members of staff in different ways and so it’s an opportunity for the successful receptionist to increase their skills and develop.

As this is a customer focus role, it is essential that you have a very good telephone manner, excellent communication skills and the initiative and intelligence to deal with problems as they arise. An enthusiastic and flexible manner is also a must. It is also absolutely essential that you have at least 12 months' experience as a receptionist from another law firm. Very friendly firm with an excellent reputation and stunning offices. Full training provided.
