We are currently looking for talented candidates, who may have experience in the law or are graduate trainees, looking to develop a career in recruitment. We would also welcome applications from experienced recruitment consultants looking for an extremely positive environment or to perhaps move into legal recruitment from another sector. 

The role will be extremely varied but a selection of basic duties have been set out below:

  • Analysing CVs and conducting telephone and face to face interviews
  • Developing new and long lasting relationships with new clients
  • Researching different job markets
  • Managing an existing client database
  • Working alongside Senior Consultants to gain an in depth knowledge of the legal sector.


  • Some relevant commercial, sales, recruitment or legal experience
  • Natural people and influencing skills - VERY strong communication skills
  • Confident and resourceful
  • Genuine desire to collaborate and work as part of a team
  • Genuine empathy with people
  • Exceptional research skills
