Sheredan graduated from Durham University and after a brief stint in media joined McKinlay Law in 2011. Since then, she has gained a wealth of experience covering all areas of the legal sector and currently leads the recruitment of paralegal and document review staff. She has an extensive knowledge of the London paralegal market with a diverse range of clients including leading international practices, niche smaller firms and in-house legal teams. Sheredan is a keen strategist and works closely with clients and candidates alike to build long term relationships. Outside of work she is a keen member of her local gym, dog walker, and avid reader.
