Prestigious American law firm are looking for an experienced commercial litigation paralegal to assist their leading team of partners with a wide range of high-value complex disputes work. The firm practice in a wide range of sectors including energy, intellectual property, technology, media, sport and financial services.

This award-winning team is growing rapidly and are very busy, and so the successful paralegal will need to hit the ground running from day one. For this reason, it is essential that you have at least 6 months’ experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation and be confident with drafting a variety of documents including instructions to Counsel, disclosure letters, witness statements etc. Other duties will include legal research, putting together bundles, assembling exhibits in electronic format, and filing documents with court.

You should be comfortable handling complex, large-scale matters efficiently and have an excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months’ experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation
