Established city law firm are in need of an experienced property law secretary to assist primarily one partner dealing with commercial property work as well as wider support to the conveyancing team. Ideally you will have accumulated strong experience in commercial property law but they are happy to consider candidates with a background in residential property (at least two years’ experience).
You must be able to demonstrate knowledge of relevant forms, applications and land registry searches; specifics on commercial property can be taught. Excellent secretarial skills are essential, diary management, audio dictation, client liaison etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for either someone coming from a regional firm looking for a new opportunity in the city or someone with residential property experience looking to expand into more commercial work.
