Our client, a renewable energy firm based in South East London, are looking for a commercial property lawyer to join their growing team and work in-house, managing the flow of work between the land managers and external lawyers as well as the pipeline of deals. You will be working closely in a small team of experienced and supportive land managers and you will be responsible for appraising farmland and dealing with options to lease. This is an ideal role for a commercial property solicitor who is looking to move in-house in the thriving renewable energy sector.
It is essential that you are a proactive problem solver and have extensive experience in commercial property / land law specifically appraising farmland / land appraisals, options to lease and land development. Confident communication and management skills, good technical ability and a meticulous eye for detail. The company are happy to see lawyers from either a private practice or in-house background. Really interesting work in a growing sector.
