Job Title: Conveyancing / Residential Property Paralegal
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Central London
Well-established London law firm are looking for a residential property paralegal to join their team and deliver a high-quality service and care to the firm’s established client base. You will be running your own caseload and dealing with both sales and purchases of properties as well as acting for both landlord and tenants in respect of residential lease extensions.
Duties include:
It is essential that you have at least 6 months’ experience as a residential property paralegal and are able to conduct the full conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion. In addition, you must have excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and be client focussed. Excellent opportunity for a residential property paralegal to gain hands on experience and work with more autonomy and responsibility in a top City law firm.
