Job Title: Corporate and Banking Paralegal

Location: Central London (Hybrid working available)

Salary: £45,000

Our client, a leading American law firm, are looking for an experienced corporate / banking paralegal to join their thriving London team and assist with a wide range of complex transactions.

Duties will include:

  • Reviewing and drafting a variety of transaction / corporate documents and agreements
  • Preparing and filing corporate documents
  • Ensuring deal conditions precedent and execution documents are completed
  • Assisting with closing and post-closing
  • Drafting of trade and ancillary documentation
  • Assisting with billing
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions
  • Producing transaction bibles

You will be working closely with various international offices, and so confident communication skills are essential - the global team often work together on deals. It is also essential that you have at least 12 months’ experience as a paralegal in either general corporate, or banking and finance work, for either another American or leading international law firm.

A positive and proactive attitude, high level of accuracy and attention to detail and a good understanding of corporate documents is a must.
