Job Title: Corporate Paralegal / Asset Finance Paralegal

Salary: £44,000 + Excellent Benefits

Location: Central London

Our client, a leading American law firm, are looking for an experienced corporate / asset finance paralegal to join their thriving London asset finance team acting for lessors, financial institutions, banks, borrowers, and airlines in a wide range of complex transactions.

Duties will include:

  • Reviewing and drafting a variety of transaction / corporate documents
  • Ensuring deal conditions precedent and execution documents are completed
  • Assisting with closing and post-closing
  • Assisting with billing
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions
  • Producing transaction bibles

There will be extensive client contact in this role, as well as close working with other international offices, and so confident communication skills are essential - the global team often work together on deals. It is also essential that you have at least 12 months’ experience as a paralegal in either general corporate or asset finance work, for either another American or leading international law firm.

A positive and proactive attitude, high level of accuracy and attention to detail and a good understanding of finance documents is a must.
