Job Title: Corporate Paralegal Leading to a Training Contract

Location: Central London

Salary: £42,000

Leading London law firm are looking for a paralegal with some experience in corporate / commercial work to join their London team. You must have exceptional academics (minimum of a 2.1 from a leading university) including either the LPC or SQE part 1, and at least six months’ experience in corporate / commercial work. After 12 months, the firm will be offering a training contract.

The role will be assisting Partners and Senior Associates on a wide variety of corporate transactional work, predominantly M&A, for both UK and international clients.

Duties will include:

• Reviewing and drafting a variety of transaction / corporate documents and agreements
• Preparing and filing corporate documents
• Ensuring deal conditions precedent and execution documents are completed
• Assisting with closing and post-closing
• Drafting of trade and ancillary documentation
• Assisting with billing
• Assisting with the day-to-day management of transactions
• Producing transaction bibles
