Leading media law firm are looking for a paralegal with some experience in corporate / commercial work to join their expanding team. The role will be assisting corporate fee-earners on a wide variety of corporate transactional work, predominantly M&A and reorganisations. You will be drafting various documents including board minutes, shareholder agreements, sale and purchase agreements, investment documents (including warranty schedules), articles of association, shareholder resolutions and ancillary documents such as stock transfer forms, director resignations, powers of attorney etc.
An exceptional environment and a fantastic opportunity in a dynamic and progressive law firm to gain quality experience for the successful corporate paralegal. It is essential that you have at least 3 months’ experience as a corporate / commercial paralegal as well s confident communication skills and excellent academics.
