Job Title: Employment Paralegal x 2
Location: Central London
Salary: to £40,000 depending on experience
Leading, boutique law firm are looking for two employment paralegals to work directly alongside a leading Partner, who represents both employers and employees with a wide variety of employment work including: employment contracts and policies, discrimination, unfair dismissal, redundancy, constructive dismissal, contract disputes, and business transfers etc. You will be assisting with a variety of tasks including: document management; legal research; drafting legal documents including briefs, appeals, agreements etc.; preparing bundles / documents for meetings and court; and other general paralegal assistance as required.
You will be assisting a small team of leading employment lawyers and there are two roles available with the firm: the first role requires an LPC graduate with exceptional academics and a few months experience, and the second is for an experienced employment paralegal with 2 years’ experience and the ability to hit the ground running and work independently. The successful paralegals will have confident client skills as there will be extensive client contact and relationship building.
