Job Title: Evening Receptionist
Salary: £45,000 ++
Hours: 12.00pm – 8.00pm
Location: London - Liverpool Street
Our client, an established US law firm, is seeking an experienced receptionist to handle their switchboard and front desk on weekdays from noon until 8.00pm. To be considered it is essential that you have previous experience in another leading law firm or similar global corporate business.
Expected duties include answering the switchboard, dealing with couriers, greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms etc. You will be working in tandem with another receptionist who will cover an earlier shift and there is an established evening team in the office. Excellent communication skills are a given as you will be liaising with their US offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a legal receptionist who whether by circumstance or preference prefers working later hours. Truly exceptional benefits package.
