A very high profile Boutique City law firm are looking for a graduate PA to work 1-1 to support the Senior Partner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Complex calendar and diary management
  • Gate keeping / acting as the main contact between the Senior Partner and clients / staff.
  • Composing and preparing correspondence
  • Recording meetings.
  • Extensive travel organisation to include booking flights, hotels, visas, organising meetings often over several time zones etc.
  • Setting up presentations / meeting rooms.
  • Liaising with clients across multiple time zones
  • Event management both internally and externally for clients and staff
  • Amending, proof reading and editing complex documents, reports, and presentations

Our client does not require legal experience, they are happy to see graduate PAs from any corporate / professional services background but the successful candidate must be forward thinking, proactive and have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to make appropriate, informed decisions regarding the Senior Partner’s priorities and time.It is also essential that you are a confident communicator with exceptional client skills and quickly able to build rapport with clients, both in the UK and internationally.
